Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sacred Healing, we value our clients and aim to provide quality products and services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refunds
Refunds will only be processed in the following circumstances:
If the product/service received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
If the customer cancels within the allowable cooling-off period, as required by the Consumer Protection Act (where applicable).
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used during purchase.
Please allow [5–10 working days] for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
2. Cancellations
Orders for physical goods may be cancelled within [24 hours] of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
Reiki clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or email if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This courtesy allows the practitioner to offer the appointment time to another client.
To confirm and secure a Reiki session, full payment must be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or via our online bookings no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Proof of payment is required, and the session will only be reserved once payment has been received. If payment is not made within this timeframe, the appointment may be released to another client.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items/services are non-refundable:
Gift cards or vouchers.
Services already rendered/ Reiki treatments .
